Hi,
I am having uccx version 10.5 and around 8 agents. 6 agents can login and calls are getting to the agents.
Among them two of them can not login to ip phone agent.
I am getting a message "name logged into another extension, press 1 to other agent logged out " on the phone.
I have restarted following service in uccx restart the Browser & IP Phone Agent (BIPPA) service.
But no use. Users are integrated with AD. So user id in both cucm and uccx are same.
Please provide a solution.

I have tried this. It is not working...Please change the status. Sorry it is not correct answer.

Sorry but I 'm not able to che the staus removing the correct status.
anyway....
Can you try to remove the agent from uccx resources and add it again?
Also verify if that agent is still logged in through real time statistics on UCCX admin page..
