Hi,
I have configured Cisco Unified CM rel. 7.1 and installed Cisco IP Communicator 8.6. Incoming calls work fine but I am having problems making outgoing calls. Would very much appreciate any advise. Thanks.

What do you hear on IPC?
What does the debugs on the GW say about the reason code for the disconnect?
