I'm probably overlooking something simple but I can't see the reason the gateway is not registering to the CallManager. I've double-checked the hostname (there is no domain name configured), end point configurations (the WIC-1DSU-T1-V2 is not being used so next step is to pull it from the router), verified that I can ping both CCMs (and the media resources are registering without a problem), etc. but I'm obviously missing something simple to get the MGCP gateway registered.
Any thoughts?

You have not configured any of the endpoints, they all show unconfigured, it will never register without proper configuration in CUCM.
You also need to have a live circuit connected to the ports for the it/them to register.

Hi,
Try to configure ports on the CUCM side first. Looking at the screenshot they seem not to be configured yet.
Also, I cannot see the below command in your config which is required:
ccm-manager config
Thank you,

Doh.
Thanks. For some reason, I had it in my head that I had to register the end point to configure it, not configure it to register it.
