call is not disconneting while auto attent configured

Hi,

 

 

we are using cisco ip phones 7970 series with 2900series voice gateway and cucm & CUC 7.i have configured auto attend in call manager.everything is working fine.but when the remote caller disconnects the phone and the operator is not attending the extension the extension is not disconnecting.it keeps on ringing for 3 to 4 minutes then it disconnects.i am from riyadh.and we are using STC analog POT line

Use ground start if possible; otherwise, you’ll need to properly train dual-tone supervisory disconnect.
