Hi All
I am getting error unable to save export file in Cisco license Count Utility -- log file showing Access is Denied... I have checked there is no firewall between the CUCM and LCU. Anyone can help to resolve this issue.

Hi hussainifan,
Are you running Windows 7/XP or Linux? Did you try disabling Windows's firewall?
