Unallocated/unassigned number

In below debug isdn q931 is the unallocated/unassigned because the calling party number says “local number”?

In this case the Castelle fax press is dialing my home fax machine at 919043399696

I'm guessing this Castelle fax press sending local number is making the MGCP/PRI unhappy?

Hi,

Is this interface connected directly to PSTN, or something else? If so, the problem is the leading 9 in called number, not supposed to be there.

Admittedly,

Calling Party Number i = 0x0080, 'local number'

is very strange, but perhaps that is some default value that has not been changed.
