Hi,
Can anyone help me?
My client wants to make a redundancy of a UNIFIED CMBE6K / UCS-C200M2-BE6K with MCS-7816-I5-IPC1. (please see attached file). Is this possible or should I propose a second UNIFIED CMBE6K / UCS-C200M2-BE6K.
Regards

Cisco recommends to have all the servers of a cluster to be the same type.
But if you wants to mix different server types, you can do it if they are supported (CUCM compatibility matrix).

By looking at:
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Cisco_Unified_Communications_Manager_Business_Edition_6000
we can see that only the CUCM Business Edition 6000 is only supported with Cisco Unified Computing System C200 M2 Rack-mount server.
Therefore, using a MCS-7816-I5-IPC1 for redundancy is not an option (since you won't be able to install BEK6K on such server.
