Unified Messaging from CUC to O365 suddenly just stopped working

We have been using the Unified Messaging Service within Cisco Unity Connection 12.5.1.14900-45 for a long time and today, it just broke and I'm not sure why.  My assumption is Microsoft just turned something off, because there have been no changes out our end.

Wondering if anyone might have some insight as to what happened and how we might be able to get this resolved.  When I look at my CUC account and go to Unified Messaging and test the connection I get this:

This is how we have the Unified Messaging Service configured on the server:

It seems that the forbidden line is the issue:  

HTTP status=[403 Forbidden] Diagnostic=[Bad response from server, HTTP code returned: 403] Verb=[POST] url=[https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.ASMX]

Any help is greatly appreciated.
