Hi,
I need some help for the unified reporting.
I have installed a new subscriber in the cluster. I have three regions.
1) Mumbai
2) Bangalore
3) Hyderabad
In mumbai i have PUB + 1SUB+ 1 TFTP
In Bangalore i have 1 SUB
and in hyderabad i have added a new subscriber 1SUB
In unified reporting i am able to see the details of all servers except the server installed in Hyderabad.
Also the CUCM version running on all the servers are same it is installed by the same CD.
Also i checked the TOMCAT service its running, along with RIS data collector , database layer monitor.
If anyone know the cause of this, pls post it.
