User presence status from IP Phone directory

Guys,

Have a problem where some phones can see the status of a user when searched from the corporate directory and some phones cant. I have checked that subscribe calling search space is selected for all the phones affected and I have also ensured that the users has a subscribe CSS applied to them. I also have selected s standard presence group. What else can I look at? By status of a user I mean "idle" or "busy"

Which phone models do you use. This feature is only supported on 7941/61,79x5 and a few. Not on 7911, 7940/60.
