Hi,

 

Can somebody help with my Unity service, I want to now how can i configurate and extencion :

 

When the commutator answer a call and say if you know the extension mark it now , I have all my services running and other extension with this services but i not the administrator, I only want to know how to do it.

Thank you Jaime for the video it help me a lot now i can understand more about my system.

 

Can i ask you something i have the next configuration:

 

When the commutator answers it have opcion 1.- admin 2.- ti and so on but it had another opcion we can dial an extension like 1234 and it forward to the extencion.

 

Now i have an extencion 5555 we i dial  the commutator answer  you can't be foward to this number. i had view a lot a videos but i haven't saw this configuration. how can i add this new extencion

If 5555 doesn't exist in CUC

http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/CUC_FAQ#I_would_like_to_enable_transfers_to_users_who_do_not_have_been_configured_in_CUC.2C_how_can_I_do_that.3F.3F

If you have a user with that DN, the adjust the transfer rules as you require.

And make sure your routing rules and CSS in CUCM allows the call.

Thank you but it did not work,  yes the extension it is already configured all my system is working but i can not get that configuration.

 

I have add the new user to Unity i have copy every detail, but when i make a call to my company and the conmutator started:

 

if you know the extension dial it now, it does not forward to the extension i have add.
