Unity 4.x installation

I'm getting an error when running CUICA that says that I need to install the Crystal Reports Engine before proceeding and that it can be installed off of Cisco Unity Service Packs CD1. I can't seem to find Crystal Reports on it at all, does anyone know if this is a typo? How can I install? Also, I've run CUSPA several times and it keeps telling me that the system is set.

I faced like this previously, i went to the path where Crystal Reports resides on the CD (by doing simple search on Crystal Reports) and ran it manually.

Is it on the Service Pack disc? Do you remember the name of the file that you ran?
