Unity 7.0 UM with Exchange- Installation

Hi,

1.I installed unity 7.0 UM with customer exchange as partner server.

During Configuration for the Message Store, at the time of step "Select how subscribers will be created", I selected the option "Import existing Accounts only".

Now my customer has a requirement, that some of the users don't have an exchange email account and he wants to create just the unity subscriber account and use as voice mail box only.

"Can I enable create new or import existing accounts now", for this purpose(currently this option is disabled and shows greyed out)?

Be aware that you cannot create only a Unity subscriber account. Even if the box is VM only, it will still have a corresponding Exchange mailbox. This is where Unity stores the voicemails. That being said, you can enable the ability for Unity to create new accounts by rerunning the Message Store Configuration Wizard.
