Unity 7 Transfer Call Problem

Hello there,

I have  unity 7, I am facing a strange case, the call is recived normally and handled by the autoattend, when the caller wants to call operator or to enter any extension, unity responds with the correct promot (wait while I transfer your call) and after that a disconnection beep is played (toot toot) then the call is sent to the extension or operator.

I tried to reset all the ports, I also tried to restart the Unity application, with no luck, I noticed one thing , on port status, the status of the port is busy with details ( Playing greeting for Call Handler:  AutoAttendant ) the (toot toot) prompt is played before the port status is back to idle.

Any ideas?

I found the solution .

It is related to CUCM, it is related to one of the CUCM services:

Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App. This service has effect on some other services such as bridging.

When restarting it, the problem was solved
