Unity Aging Alert Email not working

Hi,

 

user doesnt get email alerts when his mailbox is full, moving new messages, Moving Saved Messages or Deleting Messages.

 

we are on 10.5.2 and use Office 365

 

I dont know where to start troubleshooting

 

i pulled out some logs
