Unity call handler, need longer greeting time to play a prerecorded audiotext

call handler need longer greeting time to play a prerecorded audiotext. How can I do this? I understand the class of service can be modified to do this, if that's the case, then how is applied to the call handler?

The prerecorded length is about 7 minutes.

the default is 90 s

Hi there,

You are most correct! The greeting length for the Call Handler is based on the COS of the user who is doing the recording or in this case the file upload.
