Unity conenction Question - Auto delete of voice mail

1. We have Connection 2.1, is there any way to automatically delete messages once they have been played, the customer does not want to action them i.e press 3. Once they have listened to them and cleared down Connection should delete them

2. I`ve taken over a system and I need to change the default password for users when they first log on. I was told it was under voice mail templates but can not locate it maybe 1.1? Can anyone let me know where without using Unity Connection BULK EDIT tool

For existing users, you need to use Bulk Edit tool for changing the VM password.

For new users, you can specify the voicemail password (default) in user template.
