Unity Connection 11.5(SU1) to SU5 Service Update - Voicemails

Hi all.

Really quick question. Unity Connection 11.5(SU1) to SU5 Service Update on an HA cluster. If I perform the upgrade on the inactive partition but don't switch version until approximately 12 hours later during an outage window, will the voicemails that are left during this gap be migrated across during the manually initiated switch version?

Yes they will. Anything recorded before the switchover should move with the
new partition.

Did you need to install the COP file prior to upgrading from SU1 to SU5?

I'm upgrading soon aswell.

Hi Peter.
No, no COP file, the upgrade was completed across 3 CUC clusters with no issues. However, Cisco did release new CUC locales on SU5 for most regions, so you would need to download and install it post-switch version. However, you need to delete the old one first, again after the switch version.
