When updating the default "Recommended Voice Mail Authentication Rule" to change password expiration from never to 90 days, does this change automatically apply to existing UNITY users or does it need to be applied individually or via bulk edit? Is there a different way to change the authentication rule on existing accounts?

Hi Richard,
Like you nicely noted these rules are really applied at either User or User Template
level. So changes to the Rules will not be applied to existing users. Changes at the Template
level will affect only newly created users
Bulk edit will be the best way.
Cheers!

Thanks for the quick reply! Pretty much what I expected. I'll have to dive in to
Bulk Edit and find out what that's all about.
