Unity connection 8.0 MWI issue

Hi all,

One of my customer is having an MWI issue. When someone leaves a meesage it turns on but the next day it would turn off by itself even if they never checked the message .

I'm thinking something to do with every night MWI sync, is there an option that turns off all MWI while doing the daily synchronization, or may a BUG?
