Hello everyone,
I'm trying to integrate a Cisco Unity Connection 8.5.1ES16.11900-16 with a Exchange 2003 server in order to have Unified Messaging on a single inbox but for some reason, Unified Messaging service test is passing but when I try for a particular users, it will fail.

I found a Cisco troubleshooting guide that says I should change from basic/http authentication method to NTLM/https but I can't do that for the moment as customer is not willing to do that.
Do you know if this behaviour would be caused by the particular version of Unity Connection? or am I doing something wrong?
