Unity Connection 9.1 Release to switch question

Hello,

I'm setting up a Unity Connection subscriber account and for some reason I can't get release to switch working under their transfer options.  If I select supervised transfer, the line on the CUCM side will ring.  When release to switch is enabled, I get the subscriber greeting.  While watching the port status monitor, I don't see Unity attempt the transfer on release to switch.  Is there something basic I'm missing to get this to work?  It's a SIP integration with CUCM 9.1, if that helps.

It was the Rerouting CSS on the Unity SIP trunk.  After setting this to the appropriate value, release to switch and supervised transfers work.
