Unity Connection and 6961 phones

I have a problem with 6961 phones that when I press the messages key, I get connected to CUC8.5 but the first second or so of the greeting is being missed so instead of being prompted to "Please enter your password" I'm getting "ter your password". If I dial the pilot number for voicemail insead then its fine. Also, when I press the viocemail key on a 7962 phones its fine.

Anyone seen anything similar?

In case anyone comes across this.

This is a bug with the SIP firmware. An ES is to be released shortly to fix the problem.
