Hi,
we have a problem with our unity connection installation.
Sometimes when we want to leave a message or want to play a message, the call disconnects. When we want to connect again to the voicemail system, we get a fast busy signal. 1 Minute later it works again. This happens pretty often. When i watch the calls with the port monitor i dont see why this ia happening.
Does anybody had a this situation like this?

What does the CallManager traces show when this happens? Are you invoking any sort of transcoder or MTP resources when trying to call into Unity Connection that may be exhausted?

Hey Daniel,
How busy is the voicemail system when this kind of behavior is seen?
Have you restarted Connection Conversation Manager service?
Is the CPU/Memory Usage very high on CUCM/Unity Connection when this happens?[you can check this using the RTMT or through CLI command 'show status']
