Unity Connection & IBM Lotus Notes Integration Steps Pls..

Hi,

We have a Unity Connection 8.6 and I am trying to integrate it with IBM Lotus Notes 8.5. IBM Lotus Notes is the e-mail server. So that if any user has any voice mail, it should be receivable in his Lotus notes mailbox. I want the integration steps between the both.

Natively, there isn't really an integration between these 2 systems.  You would be looking at either an integrated messaging configuration where the users leverage IMAP from within the email client to connect to Unity Connection (the messages are in the "email" but as a separate IMAP folder within the client) OR message relay (copy of message is forwarded to email address that you specify - there is no MWI synchronization here).  Of the two, the integrated messaging option would be preferred IMO.

If you want a Unified Messaging integration, there is 3rd-party software from Donoma called Unify that you could take a look at.
