Dears,
Our unified messaging 9.1 was working fine with exchange 2003, we upgraded to exchange 2016 and now the Unified messaging has stopped working, I want to collect logs , so which traces I have to collect from rtmt.any body can guide me please.

I'd start by making sure you're running a version which supports Exchange 2016, otherwise, there's really no point in looking at logs of an unsupported environment.
What's the exact CUC release you're running?

the exact version for unity connection is 9.1.2.11900-12 Unrestricted.

Exchange 2003 used WebDav and as of 2007 EWS is used, hence the integration is different. You need to redo your integration per Unified messaging doc for your versions, i.e.
