We just went live with a SIP Trunk yesterday. The only problem remaining has to do with Unity Connection. When we call from one phone to antoher phone internally, Unity picks up just fine. When a call comes from the Outside, the phone being called quits rining after about 5 to 6 rings, the display looks like the calling parting has hung up except the calling party still hears ringing in their phone for about 20 to 30 seconds before the call drops for them. Not quite sure what the problem is.
Using Call Manager 9.1.1 with Unity being the same version.
Any suggestions appreciated.
A Call Manager newbie,

It would be good for us to know more details about the call flow, like how you have integrated Unity (SCCP or SIP).
Also what protocol are you using to talk to the TELCO? ISDN PRI? SIP Trunk? Do you have control on the GW or SBC?
You would like to confirm two things:
1) Is the call hitting Unity, by using port status monitor tool to see the call hitting Unity.
2) Is the call still active on the PSTN? At what point is released and under what cause?
