Over the weekend, I experienced a strange issue on CUC primary server. All the sudden, RTMT triggered high CPU usage alerts and CuGSuiteSyncSrv consumed 99% the resources.
Processor load over configured threshold for configured duration of time . Configured high threshold is 66 % CuGSuiteSyncSrv (99 percent) uses most of the CPU.
We had to reboot the CUC cluster to bring the CPU usage to normal, and so far seeing normal on performances.
I learned from the document that CuGSuiteSyncSrv is "Synchronization traces between Unity Connection and Gmail Server" for Single Inbox unified message with Gmail. However, we never configured Single Inbox on CUC.
Does anyone had similar experience?
