Unity Connection Speechview setup with O365

We purchased a couple of speechview licenses and have applied those.  However we are unable to register to even get past the run cuc smtptest test.  We are O365 with an on prem mail relay which does outbound only.  We are able to get the message to Nuance but the reply get's lost.  We are trying to understand how to get the message reply from Nuance to the unity connection server without having to allow inbound on port 25 or break our policy to not NAT into any of our inside servers.  Curious if anyone has speechview working in a similar environment and if so, how do get those messages back to the Unity Server?

Hi,

but you need to allow traffic from O365 to the smart host, otherwise the replay won't be able to get back to CUC via the smart host.
