Our organization is planning to upgrade to Exchange 2016. I was told EWS will not be supported in Exchange 2016. Given Unified Messaging uses EWS, I'm guessing Cisco has a plan to support exchange 2016 in future releases of Unity Connection. I'm wondering when support for Exchange 2016 will be added for Unity Connection? 11.5? 12?

Roadmap questions cannot be addressed at CSC
If you're a partner, you can try the partner communities, otherwise, you would need to reach your SE for this kind of information.

Found your post looking for that very answer.
Current docs show that 10.x and 11.x support 2016:

Hi 24 Franc,
I am wondering if you actually upgraded your Exchange 2016 with Unity 11.X, would be very helpful if you can share your experience or throughts.
Thanks so much.
