Hi,
I have something weird, I configured a System Call Handler in Unity Connection and assign it an extension. In CUCM I create a CTI route point with the same extension and do a forward all to voice mail.
When I dial the extension from the CTI route point I am always connected to the System Directory Handler and not to the System call Handler that I have created. The System call handler has the same extension as the CTI route point.
Why would it connect to the System Directory Handler? This doesn't have even an extension
Any idea?

Try adding the Rules in Call Managemetn>CallRouting>Forwaded Routing Rule.
Second Possibility is to check the tranfer rules on the Call Handler and the Greeting Rules.
By default In Greetings >Standard> Caller Hears will be set to System Default Greeting.
Try to change it to My Personal Recording and upload you recording.
Lastly you can use RTMT Port Monitor to verify the called calling , redirect Number and Call Handler it is hitting to see if it is hitting the right Call Handlere
Please rate and Mark Correct If applicable
Thanks

Stupid me, I configured a forwarding rule some time ago for something else, and this directed the call to the directory handler. This system is a LAB system
Remembering it now, was testing something else
Anyway..
Thanks!
