I have a couple of locations using gmail and not O365. We have moved them to cisco voice and the front desk requires two shared mailboxes to manage a general and attendance mailbox. the shared mailbox is setup in O365 and the users given access to each mailbox. Our O365 admin setup forwarding from the O365 shared mailboxes to the gmail accounts. When we send an email directly to the O365 shared mailbox address, it is getting to the gmail side. But when leaving a voicemail, it is not. I am thinking I need to do some configuration on the Unity Connections server to allow it thru. Anyone aware of what is needed?
