unity connection upgrade patch 9.1.2 SU5

Dears

I am upgrading unity connection from 9.1 2 SU1 to SU5, I get the error as per the attached as I don't see any specific reason for the error except internal error can any body help me to understand the logs attached why it has been failed.

I have successfully upgraded in publisher now upgrading subscriber

Dears,

the  subscriber failed to switch version by the below error,

Error: Sync after switch version failed.
