Unity Connection - User Greeting transfer to Internal number

I have a user with a voicemail box whose greeting states for urgent calls to press 0 to transfer to another extension.

This works if the callers press 0 quick enough.

Is there a way to extend the time between the end of the greeting and when the call is transferred to leave a message?

I have configured "Wait for Additional Digits milliseconds" and tested up to 10000 the max allowed.

There was no difference with any of the settings.

Hi,

We had similar issue couple of weeks back and "Wait for Additional Digits milliseconds" didn't made any difference. We edited the greeting with third party editing software (NCH Sound Editing) and added 5 seconds of silence at the end.
