I am trying to create a new aging policy for a set of accounts that receive heavy message volume and where the msg's left need to be kept for 60 days and can then be permanently deleted. I created a new aging (see below) for testing. I changed by vm account to use the test aging policy. However my mailbox is not being "cleaned out" per the test aging policy settings. The only way my mailbox size actually decreases is if I log into my vm account via phone and review old msg's and then delete. Is there a step I am missing? I do have Single InBox enabled on my account if that matters.
