Unity connections "play back and recording" options

Hi,

i am trying to cofigure a call handler for the greetings on unity connections 8.6 , and i want to use an extension to record the greetings.

i used the unity connection Media Master recodring and playback option to specify the extension and it worked fine, but too much noise around the extension.

so i want to use another extension as the recording phone, but i am unable to get the options popup window..

and whenever i am hitting the recording button it starigtly goes to the old extension..

is it my browser fault or any other...

Asif happy to hear someone else has this problem as well. I believe the issue lies with the Java plugin version.  I never sat down and fixed my issue I always just assign the number that is stuck as a shared line on the phone from which I want to record and do it that way.   It is a work around I use all the time. Probably not exactly the answer you want so I will let the rest of netpro guys chime in if they know the exact fix.  Might do a little more digging myself as well.

Hope this helps and I will post again if I play around and find the fix.

the problem is with my java version i downgraded that still no success,i used a different pc, and its working fine now..
