Unity Distribution List and Dispatch Delivery

Hello, everyone:

I have a Call Handler with a Message Recipient using a Distribution List with the Dispatch Delivery enabled. I also have members in the DL, but they are getting rejected when entering their PIN. Does the CH require a unique PIN?

No. The user would login to their mailbox that is a member of the DL using their normal PIN.
