but when installing after selecting lang selection i am getting the error

Curl error code 19 : Payload file is missing

You need more than just those two files.
And the language package is version 7.0.1 while the main installation file is 7.0.2.
Probably easiest to just download cue-vm-k9.nme.7.0.2.zip which, along with the language package of the same version, should be all you need. Incidentally, I wouldn't use the boot helper for installing this. A better option would be to use the online installer (i.e. backup, then do a 'software install clean', then restore).
The boot helper installation method is really only meant if the previous CUE version was completely corrupted and cannot be booted anymore, or is so old as to not support the online installer.

Hi All,
I face the same problem. Use the command "show software downlosd status" and it will show you which file you are missing.
cue# software download status
Download request did not complete successfully.
File retrieval error. Please verify if file is on the server.
Error transferring file : ftp download failed cue-vm-en_US-langpack.nm-aim.7.0.5.prt1 code: 19 reason: FTP: couldn't retrieve (RETR failed) the specified file

Hi
Can you connect to your FTP server (use 'ftp x.x.x.x' with your ip address to test from the Windows command line) and provide a directory listing of the files you have on it?

Hi aaronharrison,
I'm using filezilla ftp server. The Unity is trying to connect to it with username "anonymous" and no password:
(000001) 14.4.2010 г. 10:12:12 ч. - (not logged in) (172.16.1.7)> USER anonymous
(000001) 14.4.2010 г. 10:12:12 ч. - (not logged in) (172.16.1.7)> 331 Password required for anonymous
(000001) 14.4.2010 г. 10:12:12 ч. - (not logged in) (172.16.1.7)> PASS *********
(000001) 14.4.2010 г. 10:12:12 ч. - anonymous (172.16.1.7)> 230 Logged on
So I've created the user in the server and use directory where my Unity files are stored.
The file list is:
cue-installer.nm-aim.7.0.5
cue-vm-en_US-langpack.nm-aim.7.0.5.prt1
cue-vm-full-k9.nm-aim.7.0.5.prt1
cue-vm-installer-k9.nm-aim.7.0.5.prt1
cue-vm-k9.nm-aim.7.0.5.pkg
cue-vm-langpack.nm-aim.7.0.5.pkg
cue-vm-license_50mbx_ccm_7.0.5.pkg

Ok - what do you see in the FTP log when you run the installer and it reports the failure?

Hi
Well - it looks like it downloads, but then complains that it can't download it. It's possible the file is corrupt. When you download it from CCO it will list an MD5 hash; you can get an MD5 hash tool from the internet to calculate the MD5 on the file you have downloaded. If they are not the same, the file is bad and you need to redownload it.
Regards
Aaron

Hi
OK - I can see that your TFTP and secondary CCM are the same IP, and that you are using the secondary CCM as the current ACTIVE callmanager.
This means that the primary CCM (RSF-S01-C02-B01-UCM-1) is either not resolvable via DNS, or is not reachable. This is a separate problem (won't affect your TFTP, but is something you need to fix).
Your non-working phone has 'admin vlan id' set to 4096. Why is this? GO into the settings, press **# to unlock, and clear that setting.
Oddly both phones have IPs in the same IP subnet, so it looks like that setting might not be in effect properly... but try clearing it anyway.

Hi
There doesn't seem to be any error in that log that I can see?
