I have turned on CMR logging and have left the default QOS parameters as default. By definition any call that does not meet any of the conditions as defined in the QOS definitions are labeled as NA. As far as I can see, with the default settings you should never get an NA because packet loss and Jitter are both covered from 0 to infinity. I am getting about 40% NA of my QOS reports. How is this possible? Does anyone have appropriate setting for the QOS parameters?

CUCM only collects CMR data from SCCP and MGCP endpoints. Do you have any H.323 or SIP endpoints/trunks that would terminate
a large majority of your call legs?
If so - then this can account for the QoS reports being filled with 40% to 50% NA.

All of my phones are using SCCP and mu gateways are using MGCP, no SIP or H323 devices.
