Hi all,
I have a cisco unity express (ism) card connected to a cisco callmanager version 8.
Its connected to a cisco 2921 router.
Everything is up and running.. i can reach the unity express and webpage.
i also configured the cti-ports and route-points.. all is registred..
but.... when i dial the voicemail number (4000 im my case) then i won't get connected..(not possible tone).
How can this be..?????
I also tried rebooting callmanager and router.. didn't help.
Thanks

Hi there,
The first thing to check would be the CSS (Calling Search Space) assigned to
the CTI-RP's to ensure that phones can access 4000.
Here is some related info;
CallManager for Cisco Unity Express Configuration Example
Hope this helps!
