Hi all,
We are looking to integrate our current PBX Meridian system with our Unity solution.
My question is; will the message waiting indicators still work on our Meridian numbers while integrated with Unity?
Thanks

Hi Jamie,
Yes, MWI is fully supported in this integration :)

Thanks for the reply Rob.
If we go down the PBX link box route can the Unity servers not pick up caller info from the calling number?
Are the link boxes essential?
Thanks,
Jamie

Hi Jamie,
It is the link boxes that provide the CLID/MWI etc. between Unity and the Nortel. You can also use the PIMG or TIMG integration setups. But all three scenarios require a "third party" box/boxes to enable the communications between these two systems.
Cheers!
