Unity Login Problems

I am Having a issue accessing Unity System Administration.

1.) I can accesss via RDP but System Admin is not in the Program\Unity folder, it does appear on the menu bar under the Cisco icon. However, it will not take my credentials. Shouldn't "System Admin" appear somewhere.

2.)Can't access through IE at all

I'm not sure if what you mean is you can't hit the web admin page to log in, but guessing that is what it is, go to:

192.168.1.1/web/sa

Put in the correct IP address of your Unity box.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for. Can you give more detail about the problem and what you're trying to accomplish? Thanks.
