Just stop Unity, stop SQL, then copy the SQL files to the where you want them to (Locally, another drive on the same server,etc) Go into SQL, repoint the Unity DB to where the files are located.

That link gives you the basics. It really does not matter if its an Unity DB or "Master" in SQL. SQL can house many DBs.
