Unity port busy error on Application event

Hi,

We are running Unity4.0(5), in the application event I am getting the below mentioned error:

EVT_AVMIUMSG_PORT_STUCK

ID: 584

Source: CiscoUnity_Miu

Message: Port %1 has been busy since %2. The system threshold is %3 minutes, indicating that this port is currently unavailable and may be unable to handle further calls.

Any suggestion?

It could be that

an RTP stream is still active to that port. It is also possible that the port didn't

correctly disconnect after a call was completed. You can try to reset the port from the

CallManager, but in most instances a reboot of Unity is required to clear the port.
