Regarding Unity: Is there a report that can show when callers have pressed "0" to be transferred to the Operator? I would like a report which is able to show this per site since we have over 12 buildings. Any help would be appreciated. --Laurel

You can go into the Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability and then run the reports under tools pertaining to call handler which would show you how many times a certain key has been pressed. Hope this helps, there are plenty of reports that you can run from there as well, user mailbox reports, etc.

Device Pool is a concept from CUCM, not CUC

Is there a report to run on a Device Pool? I can run reports on individual numbers, but it's not reflecting the information I hoped to get.
