Unity remove greeting totally - how do you do it?

We are using Unity 11 --We want to remove the greeting completely, but when I try to do this navigating through the VM options and leave a silent greeting, the default greeting is set (the one that says “Sorry name isn’t available”)

We want to remove it completely for some reason… I think this would need to be done on unity directly -- hows it done

Is there a setting you turn off?

This is set under Users / Greetings / Standard.  Near the top there's the option "Callers Hear".   If you use other greetings you'll need to do the same for each.
