Unity Server v 7.1 License Migration

Dears,

I upgrade cisco unity server v7.1 to  unity connection 9.1.1 and i need to migrate the license.

I had generated the license request file from ELM.

What is the next setup to get the license file.

Please help asap.

Have u added the Product Instance in ELM server?

U need to synchronize and get the Compliance Status.

Hi ,

Either u send this request file to Cisco Licensing Team licensing@cisco.com or visit www.cisco.com/go/license to recieve the license file through mail.You need to paste the contents of request file.

You need to install these licenses in ELM ----license management---licenses
