One of my users has a problem everytime they check there voicemail they get a message saying "there inbox is full and they need to delete some of there old messages" but the problem is that they have no saved messages to delete. I have deleted all messages from the phone and even deleted the person voicemail account and set it up again but still no luck. Can someone please help me with this issue. I would appreciate any feedback given.
This message is actually from exchange. Unity uses the inbox on exchange so when the user has exeeded there mailbox limit Unity plays this message. So it is not necessarily VM that is causing this but regular email also. Have the user delete some of there emails from there inbox.
