Unknown number received from H.323 Gateway

Hello I have a gateway as H.323 integrated to CUCM. When someone calls from PSTN I receive "Unknown number" instead of the phone number of the caller (Caller ID missed).

In voice debugs ccapi I don't see the Caller ID, but in debug vpm I see caller ID received. Also, we did some test with an analog phone an we are able to see the Caller ID. Any suggestions?

Gateway version 15.4, 6 FXO ports, caller ID enabled and cptone MX. Telmex provider.

Kind regards,

Try with the demoted called number 4699

Doesn't seem that you are receiving the calling number from telco. ANI is empty.

Can you make sure that CPtone is correct?
