Hi,
can anyone help what is the issue? whenever a agent login to EM, he sees a updating locale message for about 20sec before he is logged in successfully

This is normally caused by the locale set on the extension mobility device profile not being the same as the locale set on the logged out phone.
Set them the same and this issue should be resolved.

The locale is the same on Phone, EM Profile and End User page. The Phone model is a 7941
